Refund policy

Shipping:

-All items that are RTS (Ready-to-ship) ship out next or following business day. Unless otherwise stated in the description on the product page.

       *Weather Permitting* means that we bleach shirts daily and EVERY day that the weather allows us to do so. Unfortunately we can not bleach if UV index is under 4, or it is raining, snowing, or heavy winds. 

-All other items are shipped within 5-7 business days. 

-Items over 1lb are sent USPS Priority mail or UPS. 

 

Returns/ Refunds:

-All custom items are final sale. That includes bleached tees, crewnecks, and hoodies, bleached flannels, tie dye shirts, crewnecks, and hoodies, custom blankets, custom cut acrylic stencils. 

-Any other items that are in new, unused condition, will be able to be returned. The buyer will responsible for return shipping and there will be a 20% restocking fee to return the item. 

-Shipping fees are non-refundable, original or return!

 -If your item is a returnable item and you have any issues with your order, you must notify bstuartcustomdesigns@gmail.com NO LATER than 72hrs after the delivery receipt from the tracking number. 

-All returns must have a receipt scan from the postal service within 7 days of the original delivery scan (to your home/business) to be accepted as a return.
