Shipping & Return / Contact

Shipping:

-All items that are RTS (Ready-to-ship) ship out next or following business day. Unless otherwise stated in the description on the product page. We are open M-F and only ship items on these day.

-All other items are shipped within 5-7 business days. 

-Items over 1lb are sent USPS Priority mail or UPS. 

-If your order contains some items that are RTS (Ready to shipi) and others that are preorder or have a ship date, the ENTIRE order will ship out together on the preorder ship date. We do not do multiple shipments for one order UNLESS the size of the order permits it or you request to pay for the additional shipping. 

-If you place back-to-back orders (within 24 hrs of each other) they will ship out together if they have the same shipping address. This means you will only receive ONE tracking number for the orders. 

-ANY and ALL issues with orders must be reported within 72 hrs of the delivery (verified by tracking). Any issues reported after that time frame will be null and void. Please contact: Sales@BStuartCustomDesigns.com for any issues with orders. 

 

Returns/ Refunds:

-All custom items are final sale. That includes bleached tees, crewnecks, and hoodies, bleached flannels, tie dye shirts, crewnecks, and hoodies, custom blankets, custom cut acrylic stencils. 

-Any other items that are in new, unused condition, will be able to be returned. The buyer will responsible for return shipping and there will be a 20% restocking fee to return the item. 

-FAUX Tees can be returned but need to be in the original, unopened packaging, but will be charged a 10% restocking fee. 

-Shipping fees are non-refundable, original or return!

 -If your item is a returnable item and you have any issues with your order, you must notify bstuartcustomdesigns@gmail.com NO LATER than 72hrs after the delivery receipt from the tracking number. 

-All returns must have a receipt scan from the postal service within 7 days of the original delivery scan (to your home/business) to be accepted as a return. 

 

Cancelations:

-Order cancelations need to be submitted within 1 hr of the order being placed. Orders canceled outside of that will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Canceling preorders at any time will result in a 10% restocking fee, regardless of when the cancelation request is submitted.
